Genuine leather is an organic material, that will likely deteriorate overtime. To avoid or postpone the deterioration, do not expose your watch to extreme direct sunlight, high humidity, oily products and cosmetics, that can cause stains or discolouring.
To clean your leather strap
Always consult with your watch manual before cleaning. Remove the strap from your watch carefully. Use a dry cloth -preferably microfiber- to wipe off both sides. Dampen a second soft cloth and add a drop of liquid baby soap. Clean the strap with tapping movements or gentle circles. Using a different damp cloth gently wipe the leather. Let the strap air dry. Place the strap back. Apply leather oil from time to time. If you do not feel sure that you can perform the band removal and cleaning, consult with a professional.

Which countries do you ship to?
OWS Pakistan delivers products to Pakistan and is committed to delivering within two or three working days from the order placement.*
Are there any delivery charges?
48 to 72-hour product delivery from OWS Pakistan is and always will be absolutely free.
Can I request delivery to an address different to my billing address?
Yes, of course you may. Simply click on the “Deliver to a different address” box and fill in the details so we can proceed with the dispatch and delivery of your items to the address you specify.
How do you send the items?
Items are shipped by M&P Courier Service. The vast majority of tracked items will arrive next day or within two working days respectively, however, this is not a guaranteed next day service.
How long will it be before I receive my order?
Most styles available through OWS Pakistan are dispatched on the same day the order is placed. These items are readily available and you will receive them within 48 to 72 hours (if there’s not a bank holiday). However other items may require up to 4 to 7 working days to be delivered, as indicated on the website. You can contact us directly to track the status of your order at firstname.lastname@example.org.
My order hasn't arrived yet
The vast majority of items do arrive on time; however there are occasional postage delays. Invariably domestic orders will turn up within a couple of days, but if after 7 working days your item hasn't arrived, email us at email@example.com. We will begin a lost in post claim, and issue you with either a replacement or a refund immediately.
Payment Methods: We support these available methods of payment. You can pay through your MasterCard, Easy Paisa, JazzCash, proceed with a direct bank transfer or Cash on Delivery. You can also pay upon delivery. We do not accept cheques.
*Cash On Delivery is for maximum order of 50,000. Also, National Identity Card (NIC) number is necessary for orders above PKR 50,000, as per government regulations.
Refunds: 99% of refunds are processed on the day that the item is returned to us, but during peak periods some refunds may take slightly longer to process. Please allow for up to 7 working days for refunds to be processed. If after 7 working days you haven't received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be refunded with the method you have chosen for your original payment. Please note that in order for OWS to process your refund the payment from your side needs to have been received in our relevant account. No refund process can be initiated before this.
