In response to COVID-19, we’ve made some changes to our return policy
- One of our core values is safety. Due to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic and our inability to monitor products that have left our warehouse, we are declining all returns (including refunds, store credits and product exchanges) for the safety of our customers and associates.
- Customers can feel a sense of safety when purchasing products off our Website because any product customer purchases off from us have not left the warehouse before.
- We will continue to closely monitor guidance from state and local agencies and adjust our return policies accordingly. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we thank you for your understanding and patience at this difficult time
Our effort to display goods as realistically as possible is part of our commitment to ensure our customers have a satisfying shopping experience. However, if the goods you have ordered do not meet with your expectations, you may return them and seek a refund on your purchase. You have a right to revoke your order from the moment you receive your order confirmation and for the next 03 days. For more details please refer to Terms of Service.
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and in their original condition, with their packaging, boxes, instructions, warranties, and any extras intact, including the receipt(s)/proof of purchases and the Return Merchandise Authorization included. Please get the Return Form by contacting our customer service representative through our WhatsApp and include it in your shipment. Only packages received with a valid RMA number will be accepted.
If the items you received have any visual defect, please inform us within 24 hours to be eligible for a refund. The same conditions and processes apply to faulty items. Once our support team confirms everything is present and in its original condition, we may proceed with the refund. We usually complete the refund process within the same working day we receive the items, using the payment gateway you used to complete your order. We notify you accordingly via e-mail. Please bear in mind that it might take up to 14 days for the money to reach your account if there is some bank delay or error.
We do not reimburse postage costs for returns within PK territorial grounds.
