7.3. For the personal data we collect to market our products and services to our existing Clients, the legal basis for the processing is the Client’s consent.

8.1. We need your data only for the purposes we have already mentioned in a very detailed manner above. In case of a new purpose, which will not be compatible with the above initial purposes, you will be accordingly informed and your consent will be sought, if this is the case. In no case will your data be used for purposes other than the ones already described above.

9.1. The processing of the personal data by our Company does not have any impact on the data subjects, as we collect only the necessary data to provide the products and services offered. Additionally, the personal data we process fall under the category of simple and not sensitive personal data. All the personal data are treated as confidential. 11.1. Every Client can have access to his/her data via our Company. You can inform us for every change in your data to proceed to the respective modifications, rectifications etc.

12.1. Access to your data is only available to authorized employees of our Company. For this purpose, they are bound by a Non- Disclosure Agreement. No other third parties have access to your data without your prior written, explicit and specific consent.
13. To whom we share your data with?
13.1. We share your data only when this is necessary to provide our products and services or this is required be rule of law.
13.2. Specifically, we may share your data with other companies in our group who provide IT and system administration services and undertake leadership reporting, service providers who provide IT and system administration services, professional advisers including lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers who provide consultancy, banking, legal, insurance and accounting services, revenue & Customs, regulators and other authorities who require reporting of processing activities in certain circumstances.
13.3. All the above are obliged by law and/or contract to treat your data as confidential as well.
14. For how long we retain your data?
14.1. Your data are retained by our Company as long this is necessary to fulfil the purposes of the collection. Customer data (identity, contact, financial and transaction data) are retained for ten years, in case that any legal action arises and the tax information data are retained for as long the tax legislation prescribes and at maximum for twenty years.

15.1. For the protection of your data we apply all the necessary organizational and technical measures that are prescribed by the national law of Pakistan.
